If you've ordered more than one item, you may receive your items separately. Each item will have its own tracking code.

All returns must be:

In new, unused condition.
In their original packaging.
Must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and accessories.
Ship via insured ground service (USPS, UPS, FedEx) with a tracking number. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Swimwear, intimate apparel, gift cards, cannot be returned.

We reserve the right to refuse any return if:

Any signs of wear, use or damage.
Parts of the item are missing.
Past the 14 day return window.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, less any shipping costs.
